Abdominoplasty
An abdominoplasty (or the tummy tuck) is a plastic surgery procedure wherein loose skin is surgically removed from the belly. Loose skin often appears following pregnancy, after a dramatic weightloss or simply due to ageing.
The procedure can be standalone or frequently combined with liposuction, specifically in the region of the hips, love handles and the abdomen to achieve a refined and tightened skin result. This procedure does leave a scar similar to but larger than that associated with a caesarean birth. The size of the scar is variable and permanent, but it does fade over time. The location of the scar sits very low on the abdomen, on an area typically covered by underwear or other clothing.
Brachioplasty
Brachioplasty is a surgical procedure to remove excess fat and skin from the upper arm, that is typically associated with a ‘jiggling’ or ‘flabby’ sensation. The result is tightened, firmer skin with a youthful appearance.
The scar from surgical incision is hidden the apex of the axilla if only treating the upper arm. If there is excessive laxity (more loose skin), the surgical incision can extend from the underarm to the elbow and possibly on part of the chest. This procedure could also be combined with treatments such as liposuction, radiofrequency for skin tightening or mesotherapy injections to reduce excess fat.

Inner thigh lift
People who have experienced a significant weight loss or those who struggle to lose excess weight (such as what happens during menopause) may benefit from an inner thigh lift to create a smoother, more toned-looking area. This procedure lifts any skin which is sagging on the inner thigh, and may also be combined with liposuction to remove excess fat from the area. Surgical incisions are generally made on the groin, but they could also be on other areas of the leg depending on the patient’s needs and wants.
The full surgical procedure can be carried out under general anasthesia or sedation and takes around two hours to complete.
Gynecomastia
Gynecomastia is a medical term that originates from the Greek words for “women-like breasts”, a condition that affects 40-60 % of the male population and can be found in one breast or both. Causes of gynecomastia may be drug, medication or medical condition-related, but most commonly the cause is unknown.
Most healthy and emotionally stable men are suitable candidates for breast reduction surgery, however the best cases are those where the skin is elastic and firm, as it enables better reshaping of the body’s new contours after the surgery.

Labiaplasty
Labiaplasty serves to rejuvenate the vagina following a loss of collagen as a result of childbirth, age or hereditary reasons. The procedure involves trimming of the labia minora and in certain cases the labia majora. The procedure is combined with fat stem cells and PRP rejuvenation treatments as well as a specific laser to rejuvenate, tighten and restore the overall tone of the vaginal walls.
